Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using Finscriber ("Service"), operated by BizHues Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the Service.

1. Nature of Services

Finscriber is a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides document processing, invoice automation, and financial reporting tools for CA firms, accountants, and businesses. The Service is delivered entirely online — no physical goods are shipped.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete, and that you are authorised to act on behalf of your organisation if registering on its behalf.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date account information.
  • Keep your login credentials confidential and secure.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including data protection laws.

4. Payment Terms

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise.
  • Subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) based on the plan selected at checkout.
  • Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle. Access may be suspended if payment fails.
  • We reserve the right to revise pricing with prior notice. Changes apply from the next billing cycle.
  • GST-compliant invoices are provided for all payments.

5. Recurring Payments and Auto-Debit Authorisation

By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise Finscriber and its payment processor (Razorpay) to automatically charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected billing cycle. This may include eMandate / NACH-based auto-debit from your bank account or recurring charges on your card.

  • You will be notified before each recurring charge is processed.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • By providing your payment details and completing authorisation, you consent to this recurring billing arrangement.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, designs, and technology comprising the Service are owned by BizHues Private Limited and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

7. Your Data

You retain full ownership of the data you upload or create using the Service. We process your data solely to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BizHues Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We are not liable for data loss caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will notify users of planned maintenance windows when possible.

10. Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and requesting account deletion.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to make payment.
  • Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days. After this period, your data will be permanently deleted.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida / Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The latest version will always be available on this page.
