Shipping and Delivery Policy

Finscriber, operated by BizHues Private Limited, is a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. We do not sell or ship any physical goods. This page explains how our digital service is delivered.

1. Digital Service — No Physical Shipping

Finscriber is delivered entirely online. There are no physical products, shipments, or deliveries associated with our Service. As such, traditional shipping policies (delivery timelines, shipping charges, serviceable pin codes, etc.) do not apply.

2. Service Delivery

Upon successful subscription and payment:

  • You receive instant access to the Finscriber platform via your web browser or mobile app.
  • A confirmation email with your account details and login instructions is sent to your registered email address.
  • All features included in your selected plan are activated immediately.
  • For plans with a free trial, full access begins at the start of the trial period.

3. Access Requirements

  • A stable internet connection.
  • A modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge) or the Finscriber mobile app.
  • A valid registered account with an active subscription.

4. Service Availability

Finscriber aims to maintain 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance windows, if any, will be communicated to users in advance via email or in-app notification. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control (internet outages, third-party service disruptions, etc.).

5. Exchanges

Since Finscriber is a digital service, traditional exchanges do not apply. However, you may change your subscription plan at any time:

  • Upgrades take effect immediately. You will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing cycle.
  • Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
  • Plan changes can be made from Settings > Subscription in your account.

6. Service Issues

If you experience any issues accessing or using the Service after payment, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
